JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 08-07-2015 The present petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking modification of order dated 10.09.2014 for extension of the period for surrender before the learned Court below.

2. It is submitted that the petitioner is an old lady aged about 63 years could not surrender and furnish bail bonds within the time permitted in terms of order dated 10.09.2014 as she had to go to Delhi in connection with the treatment of her ailing husband.

3. In this view of the matter, time for surrender and furnishing of bail bonds is extended for a further period of three weeks from today.

4. The petition stands allowed.
