The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that on the information raid was made and from the shop of the petitioner false Voter Identity Card, Laptop, Printer, Lamination Machine, Stamp and various certificates were recovered. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was authorized to run a Wasudha Kendra on behalf of the administration and the documents were supplied by the administration and there is nothing on record to suggest that any forged documents or certificates were recovered.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32509 of 2013 (6) dt.20-03-2015 Learned A.P.P. after going through the case diary submits that the certificates were recovered from the shop of the petitioner, but the genuineness of the same has not been verified during investigation. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 77 of 2013, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
