The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under Sections 420 & 406 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioners took Rs. 28,000/- from him for purchasing of a motorcycle. The motorcycle was handed over to the informant, but the petitioner did not hand over relevant papers of the motorcycle. Later on, the motorcycle was also taken away.

It appears that the informant has not produced any

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2942 of 2015 (2) dt.21-01-2015 2/2 chit of paper to show that he gave Rs. 28,000/- to the petitioner. The dispute appears to have taken place for purchasing of a motorcycle.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 586 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
