JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 12-06-2020 It appears from order dated 18.11.2019 that during the pendency of this application, petitioner no.2, namely, Pradip Das, was arrested and, therefore, his application for grant of anticipatory bail has become infructuous.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State as well as informant.

The petitioner nos.1 and 3, who are ladies, are apprehending arrest in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 24 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is allegation of assault against petitioner nos.1 and 3, but considering the fact that they are ladies, the

No.58000 of 2019(5) dt.12-06-2020 2/2 petitioners no.1 and 3, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 24 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
