The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sarsi P.S. Case No. 117 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are charged for the offence punishable under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The deceased was found with incise wound on her person. Considering the nature of allegation I am not persuaded to consider the prayer of the petitioners for anticipatory bail. It is accordingly disposed of with direction to the petitioners to surrender before the court concerned and pray for regular bail which should be considered and disposed of on its own merits and without being influenced by the order passed in the present case.
