While signing the order dated 02.04.2018, by which notice was issued to the opposite party no. 2, this Court discerned that the present petition is directed against an interim order passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Kishanganj.

In that view of the matter this petition would not be maintainable.

Mr. Raj Kumar, learned advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition in order to enable him, if so advised to prefer a petition in an appropriate forum.
