JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that she along with other accused persons had killed daughter of the informant by pressing her neck.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. The case has been compromised vide Annexure-2 to the present application. The other co-accused persons have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. no. 43958 of 2015 and Cr. Misc. no. 14419 of 2016.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his/her arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with

No.21923 of 2016 (2) dt.27-06-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Sugauli P. S. Case no. 149 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
