Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 & 413 of the Indian Penal Code.

Different ATM cards were recovered from possession of the petitioner and the ATM cards were in the name of different person.

Submission is that the petitioner had collected those ATM cards from the garbage to make it key ring as they were old and stale one after issuance of new ATM cards with specified chips. No other allegation is there against the petitioner who has got no criminal antecedent. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56672 of 2019(2) dt.09-09-2019 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Raniganj Police Station Case No.224 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
