2. Mr. Kumar Bimal Prakash, Circle Officer has deliberately not issued correct Form 16.

3. Mr. Kumar Bimal Prakash, Circle Officer is present in the Court. He must ensure that all payments will be made to the petitioner, after giving correct deduction statement on account of income tax.

4. Mr. Kumar Bimal Prakash, Circle Officer, if he desires, can also approach Income Tax Authorities under which

5. This case will be heard at 4:00 P.M. today (i.e. 12.05.2023).

6. Mr. Rishi Raj Sinha, learned SC 19 informs this Court that the Circle Officer has redressed the grievance of the petitioner and the entire amount (Rs.3,61,831/- + Rs.2,19,730/-) will be credited in the account of the petitioner today.

7. The Circle Officer is warned that in future he will not make delay in grant of pensionary benefit to the retired employee concerned and indulge in issuing incorrect certificate. He must discharge his duties in fair manner without harassing any citizen under his jurisdiction.

8. With the above observation/direction, the present writ petition is disposed of and consigned.
