JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-07-2017 The matter was taken up yesterday under the heading "To Be Mentioned" and it was directed that this Court be apprised about the defect pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Today again the matter has been listed under the heading "To Be Mentioned".

It appears that on account of bonafide, human and computer error, some mistake has occurred in the order while notifying and uploading the said order dated 13.07.2017. In such view of the matter, it is directed that the last paragraph of the order dated 13.07.2017 be amended and should read as follows:

"Accordingly, let the above named petitioner, in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32659 of 2017 (4) dt.21-07-2017 2/2 the even of his arrest of surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sadar PS Case No. 245 of 2016 subject to the conditions enumerated under Section 438(2) of Code of Criminal Procedure." The aforesaid period fixed for surrender of the petitioner is extended by further two weeks.
