The present writ petition has been been preferred for the grant of following relief:- "That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order (s) or direction (s) to the respondents to release the amount Rs.1,20,000/- (One lakh twenty thousand) and to ensure the payment of the said amount since the petitioner a retired Panchayat Secretary of R.N.S has already completed the Scheme No. 06/2020-

Patna High Court CWJC No.13535 of 2024(2) dt.10-09-2024 2/3 21 relating with Lohia Swachchh Bihar Abhiyan at the village- Vikrampur of Kukra Gram Panchayat for the construction of Community Swatchhta Centre.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that under the Lohia Clean Bihar Mission, vide scheme no.06 of 2020-21, the work was executed under the jurisdiction of the Block Development Officer, Narkatiaganj but the payment is still awaited.

4. Learned State counsel submits that the supporting documents which otherwise should have been the part of the writ petition is/are missing.

5. In that background, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the Deputy Development Commissioner (respondent no.4), West Champaran, Bettiah for redressal of his grievance.

6. A perusal of Annexure P/1 would show that the scheme is of the year 2021 and according to learned counsel for the petitioner it was completed in the year 2022 and we are at the end of the year 2024, if he has any due, the same should be looked into by the Deputy Development Commissioner (respondent no.4) and reasoned order be passed in this regard.

7. In that background, the writ stands disposed of with an observation that if the petitioner prefers representation alongwith the supporting document before the Deputy Development Commissioner (respondent no.4), he shall take up the matter and dispose it of maximum by 31.12.2024.

8. The writ petition stands disposed of.
