ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 02-04-2015 In the nature of dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, where the spouses finally settled the dispute. As per terms of compromise the Petitioner No.3 was required to pay a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- to the Opposite Party No.2 after which they would lay no claim on each other and all disputes would come to an end.

Today the Counsel for the Petitioners produces a Bank draft of Rs.1,50,000/- in favour of the Opposite Party No.2, which the Counsel for the Opposite Party No.2 receives and signs in the margin

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27758 of 2014 dt.02-04-2015 2/2 of the order sheet in token of receipt of the same. In view of such understanding, further proceedings including the order of cognizance dated 11.3.2013 passed by the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate (East), Muzaffarpur in Complaint case No.2745 of 2012 (Trial No.2143 of 2013) is hereby dropped. Also by common consent Matrimonial case No.513 of 2012 pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Katihar and Matrimonial case No.194 of 2013 pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur shall stand dropped.
