It has been submitted that pursuant to aforesaid order dated 20.01.2017, the petitioner could not surrender before the Court below hence pray for further four weeks' time. As prayed for, further four weeks' time is allowed to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below pursuant to order dated 20.01.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1894 of 2017 in connection with Pakridayal P.S. Case No. 51 of 2016 pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate V, East Champaran.

The modification application stands allowed.
