2. The petitioner is in custody since 07.03.2019 in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 745 of 2018 for the offences alleged under Section 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and he is not named in the F.I.R. which has been instituted against unknown persons. The petitioner has already suffered custody for more than a year since 28.11.2018 and remanded in the present case on 07.03.2019.

4. Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail petition, submitting that the petitioner is a habitual offender, having been accused in four prior cases of similar nature. His self confession led to recovery of the looted gun from his house.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The petition stands dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months.
