JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-03-2017 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 14.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3463 of 2017, whereby, the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail, to the extent that in place of S.D.J.M., Madhepura, it has, inadvertently, been recorded as District and Session Judge, Madhepura. The said mistake occurred as the same is perpetuated in the main petition. In such view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the main petition.

Accordingly, the order dated 14.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3463 of 2017 is modified to the extent as aforesaid and the period of surrender is extended by further period of four weeks. This modification application is, accordingly, disposed of. (Arvind Srivastava, J) brajesh/- U T
