Also, the Advocates and the Staffs joined the proceedings through Video Conferencing from their residences/offices.) 10-02-2022 Petitioner has prayed for following relief (s) : - "That this writ application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/ writs order or orders in the nature of Mandamus for directing and commanding the respondents to pay the dues amount of Rupees 772967 alongwith statutory interest which is due in agreement No. 96F2 2019-20, N.I.T. No. 04

Patna High Court CWJC No.20570 of 2021(2) dt.10-02-2022 2/2 group No. 13 for construction of Toilet in Chotki Musaher for Toli Ara nagar Nigam. The said work has allotted to the petitioner and petitioner completed the work within time. In spite of the order of Municipal Commissioner Ara Nagar Nigam dated 24.02.2021 the dues amount of payment has not been paid to the petitioner till today. Further for any other appropriate relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled from the facts and circumstances of this case." After the mater was heard for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, states that the petitioner shall be content if the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to take recourse to such other alternate remedies which are equally efficacious in law.

Prayer allowed.

The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.

Interlocutory application, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
