Petitioner is languishing in custody since 09.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 379, 34 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that all accused persons assaulted the husband of the informant and when she came to rescue her husband then accused persons snatched ear ring of her daughter.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though two injuries have been caused which is grievous in nature, but accusation is omnibus and general. The petitioner lodged a case at earlier point of time. The petitioner has also received injury. Statement has been

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 95 of 2014.
