The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that the informant Radhika Kumari being student of T.N. Singh Account classes at Madhubani was being teased and tortured through mobile and subsequently she was being abused and life threatening was also given to her.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the subsequent statement the informant has only levelled accusation against co-accused Pramod Kumar Mandal whereas

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23552 of 2016 (2) dt.25-05-2016 2/2 the name of the petitioner is Pradeep Kumar.

Considering the nature of accusation, it is a case for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No.327/2014, pending before the learned CJM, Madhubani.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
