JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-09-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with K. Hat (Maranga) P. S. Case No. 364 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 363/34 of IPC. There is allegation against the petitioners is of kidnapping the husband of the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the material collected during the course of investigation disclosed that the husband of the informant has gone for Bhajan Kirtan party, but later on, he fled away with Arti Das and as such, petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners,

No.55649 of 2019(3) dt.27-09-2019 2/2 above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Purnea, in connection with K.
