JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-10-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "i. For disposal of the petitioner's application dated 20.04.2018, filed for issuance of license of Double Barrel Breech Loading (DBBL) gun, within a reasonable period of time as well as for transferring the license of DBBL Gun which was issued, vide License No.78/81, in the name of Jagdev Singh, i.e. the grandfather of the husband of the petitioner, who died on 25.07.2014.

ii. Also for directing the respondent authorities particularly the respondent no.2 to dispose off the petitioner's application dated 20.04.2018, submitted for

Patna High Court CWJC No.15517 of 2024(2) dt.08-10-2024 2/2 issuance/transfer of license of DBBL gun, considering the recommendations made in favour of the petitioner, by the concerned authorities as well as considering the requirement of firearm qua the petitioner."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
