(I) For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding the Respondent Authorities to appoint the petitioner on compassionate ground as the father of the petitioner namely Ganesh Sah, who died from cancer during service period on 23.06.2015 working as Head Messenger in State Bank of India,

(II) For further direction to the Respondent Authorities to consider the grievance of the petitioner and disposed of the same by reasoned and speaking order within a time frame."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that the respondent no. 3 i.e. the Zonal Manager, State Bank of India, West Gandhi Maidan, SBI Building behind B.N. College, Judges Court Road, Patna shall dispose off the pending application of the petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment within a period of four weeks from today. It is directed accordingly. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
