The contempt application was dismissed on 23.08.2022 without hearing the petitioner as has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner on the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Bank.

Learned counsel for the Bank has not denied the fact that the petitioner was not heard on the date on which the contempt application was dismissed.

I have gone through the grounds in the review application.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this application is allowed. Let the order dated 23.08.2022 passed in M.J.C. No. 2605 of 2019 is recalled.
