JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 4 01-07-2015 This application is directed against the order dated 13.12.2011 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 05 of 2011 whereby finding a prima facie case to be made out against the petitioner under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 472, 257, 258 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code, the petitioner has been summoned to face trial.

After some argument, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order to agitate all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of framing of charge.
