Petitioner being husband of the complainant apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P. S. case no. 154/2014 registered under section 498A and other allied sections of the IPC as well as 3/ 4 of the D.P. Act.

Admittedly, marriage of the informant was solemnized with the petitioner in the year 1999 and the present case was filed in the year 2014. It is also an admitted position that informant spent her married life at her matrimonial home after solemnization of her marriage till institution of the present case and between the aforesaid period, no complain was lodged before any authority. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4448 of 2015 (2) dt.03-02-2015 the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in Mahila P. S. case no. 154/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
