Learned counsel for the petitioner submits vide order dated 06.10.2017 passed by this Court, the petitioner was granted the privilege of pre-arrest bail in connection with Sasaram (Town) P.S. Case No.37 of 2017 but due to wrong mentioning of the name of the court concerned in the prayer portion of this application as "Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas", the same has been typed in the aforesaid order which should be as "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas".

No.47271 of 2017 (3) dt.16-10-2017 2/2 In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, in the order dated 06.10.2017 passed by this Court, let the name of the court concerned be read as "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas" in place of "Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas."
