The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Nawada Nagar P.S. Case No. 668 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379 and 384 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the delay of seven days in institution of the FIR as well as grant of pre-arrest bail to similarly circumstanced co-accused, namely, Badri Singh vide order dated 03.10.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43899 of 2017, as contained in Annexure-5 to the present application, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2932 of 2019(2) dt.23-01-2019 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Nagar P.S.
