JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-09-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bettiah (Nagar) P. S. Case No. 434 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 448, 323, 365, 367, 307, 504, 506 of IPC.

Prosecution case is that a video was viral in the Whatsup showing that one person was assaulted and police on verification came to know that one Pinno @ Ravi Kumar assaulted Manoj Patel and thereafter, another video was viral from the Whatsup showing that they were dashed him and confined in the room.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they are not named in the F.I.R. and as such, the whole allegation is false and concocted. Considering the same Pinno

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55640 of 2019(2) dt.03-09-2019 2/2 @ Ravi Kumar was granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 02.08.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 48174 of 2019. Further submision is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioners.

Having heard both sides, since Pinno @ Ravi Kumar who appears to be the main accused, has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bettiah, in connection with Bettiah (Nagar) P. S. Case No. 434 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
