1. Though the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the notices dated 07.11.2022 and 12.08.2024, issued by the Circle Officer, Durgavati, District-Kaimur at Bhabua, as also for quashing the encroachment proceedings initiated vide Encroachment Case No.31 of 2021-23, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to prosecute the title suit, bearing Title Suit No.666 of 2023, which is pending adjudication before the Ld. Court of Sub-Judge, Mohania, Kaimur at Bhabhua. Liberty so sought is granted.

2. The writ petition stands disposed off.
