The present writ application has been filed basically with a prayer to direct the respondent authority for expeditious disposal of Encroachment Case No. 01/13-14, pending before the respondent No. 4, the Circle Officer, Uchakagawn in the District of Gopalganj.
A statement has been made in para 8 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent No. 4 that Encroachment Case No. 01/13-14 has already been disposed of on
Patna High Court CWJC No.15714 of 2013 (2) dt.28-04-2017 2/2 25.06.2015. Paragraph No. 8 of the counter affidavit reads as follows:- "That after the report of Halka Karamchari and petitioner of the petitioner dated 20.06.2015 the encroachment case no. 01/13-14 has dispose of on 25.06.2015."
