The petitioner is languishing in custody since 11.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
A stolen motorcycle has been recovered from the cattle shed of the petitioner.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the recovery is from the joint family cattle shed which is at present in the share of cousin brother of the petitioner. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above
