She is seeking a direction to the respondents to cause an enquiry into large scale illegalities and irregularities committed in allotment and disbursement out of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna &

Patna High Court CWJC No.18043 of 2019(14) dt.15-12-2021 2/3 Sauchalaya Fund in the said Block. She is also seeking a direction to the Block Development Officer to place entire list showing allotment and distribution of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna & Sauchalaya Fund, with the details of beneficiaries, before the Block Panchayat Samiti. There are three other reliefs which the petitioner is seeking as is evident from paragraph no. 1 of the writ petition. On close reading of the writ petition, however, it appears that the petitioner's main grievance as on the date of filing of this writ petition in 2019 was against the then Block Development Officer of the Block who has admittedly since been transferred and is no more holding the post of Block Development Officer of the said block. Further, fresh Panchayat election of the Panchayats in question have now been concluded. The petitioner is no more Pramukh of the Block.

Except for the vague allegations of illegalities and irregularities committed by respondent no. 8, there is no verifiable material brought on record by the petitioner in this case so as to make out a case for this Court's interference in a proceeding under Article 226 of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.18043 of 2019(14) dt.15-12-2021 3/3 Constitution of India.

Considering the above, this application is disposed of with an observation that the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise the issue after reconstitution of the Panchyat Samiti based on Panchayat election recently held.
