Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 394, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

One co- accused, namely, Sunil Ram was caught on the spot and disclosed the names of the petitioner and other accused before the informant and other witnesses.

Petitioner was subsequently arrested and remanded in this case on 6.2.2016 but it appears that up till now, petitioner has not been put on test identification parade.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,
