1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1 That this is an application for issuance of a Writ in the nature of Certiorari / Mandamus or any appropriate Writ's,order's, direction's commanding the respondents to grant Samman pension to the petitioner under JP Samman Yojna in light of the notification issued by the Govt of Bihar, vide notification no N/GrihKoshang-74-09/2009-111 Home (special) department, dated 05th June 2009, where by the Home department, Govt of Bihar has issued a
Patna High Court CWJC No.8890 of 2016(3) dt.03-10-2024 2/2 pension scheme for such persons who had participated in the movement initiated by late Lok Nayak Jai Prakash Narain, in between the period 18.03.1974 to 21.03.1977 and had suffered injury/fatal injury/incarceration."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Secretary (Special) Home Department, Government of Bihar, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
