The petitioner seeks bail in S.T. No. 365 of 2021 (arising out of Giriyak P.S. Case No. 172 of 2021), registered for the offence under Sections 399, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. One country-made pistol and five live cartridges and one mobile phone have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is in custody since 17.04.2021. Chargesheet has already been submitted.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the period of custody, the bail petition of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69756 of 2021(2) dt.04-03-2022 2/2 petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
