The two petitioners herein out of six named in the FIR, seek anticipatory bail in Sahkund P.S. Case No. 158 of 2015 registered under section 307 IPC. Both parties are agnates. Owing to drawing water from the hand pump, the quarrel is said to have taken place for which both sides have lodged cases against each other.
It is stated that the allegation in the FIR is general and omnibus. Considering the above, four other accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 16.03.2016 (Annexure-2). The case of the petitioners stands on identical

Having heard the parties, the prayer for anticipatory bails allowed. Let the petitioners named above, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Bhagalpur in Sahkund P.S. No. 158 of 2015 on condition that one of the bailors of each of the petitioners shall be their own/close family members. In the event of framing of charge, they shall appear in person on each date fixed at the trial. In case of non appearance on two consecutive dates, their bail bonds shall stand cancelled.
