2. The petitioner is in custody since 06.08.2014 in connection with S.T.No. 844 of 2014 arising out of Bhagalpur Rail P.S.Case No. 43 of 2014 for the offences alleged under Sections 25(1-AA)/ 25(1-B)A/ 26 of Arms Act, pending in the Court of 5th Additiuonal District Judge, Bhagalpur.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated.

4. Considering, however, that the arms are said to have been recovered from black bag carrying by the petitioner on his neck, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail. The bail
