Petitioners being parents of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the I.P.C.
Accusation is killing the daughter of the informant after ten years of marriage and disposing of the dead body.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation is omnibus and general against the entire in-laws family.
Considering the death after ten years of marriage and the accusation being omnibus and general, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8241 of 2015 (2) dt.26-02-2015 2/2 surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 39 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
