2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 162 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged by the informant that on 04.06.2021, the petitioner plucked the jack fruit from the tree standing over land of informant, for which informant's son Tako Marandi went to the house of the petitioner for complain, then the accused persons including the petitioner tied her son with tree and assaulted him, due to which son of the informant died at the spot.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner is a woman, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Jamui /concerned Court below in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 162 of 2021.
