From the statements made in Paragraph '10' of the counter affidavit, it appears that pursuant to the order of Hon'ble Apex Court passed in SLP (C ) No. 5522 of 2012 and Civil Appeal No. 1443 of 2015, the petitioner brought the matter to the notice of the Hon'ble High Court. It is stated that the petitioner has already joined in his parent organization i.e. BISCOMAUN.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute

Patna High Court CWJC No.24805 of 2018(3) dt.06-04-2023 2/2 that the petitioner has already joined as Assistant Engineer in BISCOMAUN.

This being the position, nothing remains in this writ application for adjudication. It is being disposed of accordingly.
