2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 127(i), 115(2), 118(i), 109, 303(2), 308(2), 352, 351(2) & 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The case of the prosecution is that on 02.11.2024 at about 05:45 P.M., this petitioner alongwith three co-accused persons caused injury to the informant and his son with sharped edged weapon and danda. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 30.08.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 58092 of 2025. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the nature of injury and clean antecedent, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Sinha P.S.
