2. The reply of the petitioner to the counter affidavit to the stay vacating petition filed by the respondent No. 8 and 9 is being filed and the same is taken on record.

3. The present writ application has been filed by the petitioner alleging encroachment of a portion of his land by the respondent No. 8 and 9.

4. From the facts and circumstances of the case and from the perusal of the materials available on record, the dispute
