The petitioner passed Matriculation in the year 2017, but the mark-sheet has been issued with wrong photographs. The petitioner approached the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna for appropriate correction on 22.11.2017, but despite such representation, the grievance of the petitioner has not been redressed.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Bihar School Examination Board to make necessary correction in the record so that the petitioner may not suffer adversely due to lapse of the Board.
