JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-11-2018 The present application has been preferred for cancellation of bail granted to opposite party nos. 2 and 3, who are husband of the complainant and father of the husband of the complainant respectively, vide order dated 29.07.2016 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Purnea in A.B.P. No. 874 of 2016, arising out of Complaint Case No. 809 of 2015, wherein processes have been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 379 and 494 of the Indian Penal Code.

On 19.11.2018, the matter was taken up and it appears from the order dated 19.11.2018 that none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Today also none is
