Petitioner is in jail custody since 20.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Taking into consideration that petitioner is said to be only a member of mob, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Shahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 67 of 2013.
