Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Kashichak P.S.Case No.50 of 2019 dated 9.4.2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 338, 307, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the FIR, all the petitioners assaulted the informant causing injury on the knee of the injured.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is no intention to kill the injured and the injures are

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61959 of 2019(2) dt.27-09-2019 2/2 on the knee and it found to be simple in nature. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM VI, Nawada in connection with Kashichak P.S.Case No.50 of 2019 dated 9.4.2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
