Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned. 2.

The petitioner has filed the present writ application for issuance of a direction upon the concerned respondent to appoint him on the post of Assistant Teacher for English subject, as he had applied on 12.01.2015 in Employment Unit Zila Parishad, Rohtas at Sasaram.

In view of the nature of dispute, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Rohtas at Sasaram by filing an appeal.

It is made clear that if an appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, along with a petition for condonation of delay, the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Rohtas at Sasaram shall consider the same and pass a reasoned order, in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the person(s) concerned.
