The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 498A, 313/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioner tortured and assaulted the informant's daughter due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry and caused her miscarriage. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 14.07.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. There is no medical examination report in respect of offence under Section 313 of Cr.P.C.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56907 of 2019(2) dt.09-09-2019 2/2 On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri, Sitamarhi in connection with Nanpur P.S. case No.84 of 2019.
