By filing this application under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks quashing of the first information report in Lakhisarai (Kawaia) P.S. Case No.197 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under sections 406 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegations made in the FIR do constitute a

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.670 of 2014 (6) dt.17-03-2015 2/2 cognizable offence.
