This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Chandauti P.S. Case No.420 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 309(6), 62, 317(5) and 3(v) of the B.N.S., 2023 and under sections 25(1-b) A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that on pistol point, an amount of Rs.1,05,500/- was looted from the C.S.P. owner. The petitioner was caught on the spot. He is in custody since 05.11.2024.

Though learned counsel for the petitioner has argued that two co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court but considering the fact that the petitioner has been

The trial court is directed to to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest. If the trial is delayed by the prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
