The petitioner is aggrieved by the appointment of private-respondent no. 9 as Anganwari Sahaika at Tiwari Matihaniya Gram Panchayat, Village - Vijaypur, P.S. - Kuchai Kote, District - Gopalganj.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1068 of 2019 dt.14-02-2019 2/3 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner, who was also an applicant for the said post, that in the merit list which was prepared, the name of the petitioner was placed at serial no. 1 but despite that, the private-respondent no. 9 has been appointed on the aforesaid post.

The petitioner has raised her grievance before the C.D.P.O., Kuchaikot, district - Gopalganj, but no action has been taken on such complaint.

Under the aforesaid circumstances, this Court directs the petitioner to represent before the District Programme Officer, Gopalganj, ventilating her grievances within a period of four weeks from today. On receipt of such representation and on hearing the petitioner as well as private-respondent no. 9, such complaint / representation of the petitioner shall be disposed off by the District Programme Officer, Gopalganj within a period of four weeks thereafter.

Needless to state that if the petitioner still remains aggrieved, she would have the opportunity of challenging the order passed by the District Programme Officer, Gopalganj before the Collector, Gopalganj.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1068 of 2019 dt.14-02-2019 3/3 This Court also directs the District Programme Officer, Gopalganj to pass a reasoned order while disposing off the complaint of the petitioner within the time-frame stipulated above.

With the aforesaid observation / direction, this writ petition stands disposed off.
